I've been using PGL for several years. My last order clearly got wet in transit (shippers mistake, not PGL). I let PGL know and within minutes I had a personal email and text response offering to do whatever was necessary to remedy the problem! You could tell making sure the customer was taken care of was their #1 concern regardless of what the shipper may have done! They asked me what I felt needed replacing and 2 days later I had it! Big thanks!
